How minutes, team plans, trials, and overages work.
How does minute pricing work?
You buy voice or video minutes in packs — for example 30 voice minutes for $7.99, or 30 video minutes for $18.99. A session reserves its full planned duration up front, so you're never asked to pay mid-interview, and you're billed only for the whole minutes you actually use — unused minutes return to your balance. Larger packs lower the price per minute.
Do minutes expire?
No. Minutes never expire, so you can buy a pack before an interview loop or sales push and use the balance whenever you need it. Voice and video minutes are separate balances and don't convert into each other.
What does the free trial include?
Every new account gets one free practice session: about 5 minutes, 2 questions, and an overall score with brief feedback. No credit card is required.
Can I use my minutes for sales call practice as well as interviews?
Yes. The same voice and video minutes cover every scenario type — job interviews, mock sales calls, and customer service roleplays.
What happens when a team reaches its monthly session limit?
Interviews and roleplays keep working and are billed as overage: $8.99 per extra session on Starter and $5.99 on Professional. If you regularly run over, upgrading is usually cheaper.
Do candidates need an account or credits to complete an interview?
No. Team plans include shareable interview links — candidates open the link, consent to recording, and complete the session without creating an account. Each session counts toward the team's monthly interview allowance, not the candidate.
