For sales managers
Scale sales call practice. Keep coaching human.
Turn your playbook into a scored AI roleplay. Reps practice against a buyer that objects, stalls, and pushes back on demand. You review the scorecard and spend live coaching time where it matters.

The problem
Ad-hoc roleplay dies on your calendar.
Reps need realistic practice before they touch live pipeline. Managers need a way to review the work without playing the buyer every time.
On demand
Reps run the same buyer scenario on their own schedule. Managers review the scorecard, transcript, and recording before deciding where a live coaching conversation will have the most value.
Practice quality depends on whoever's free.
The rep who gets you as the buyer drills differently than the rep who gets a buddy. Same team, four different roleplays — and none of them push back like a real prospect.
Nothing is scored the same way twice.
Gut feel doesn't compare across reps, and it doesn't track over time. When someone says a rep is “getting better,” there's no evidence to point to.
New hires ramp on live pipeline.
Without a practice rep, the first time a new hire hears your hardest objection is on a real call, with a real logo, in a real quarter.
How it works
From playbook to proof in three moves.
You encode the scenario once. Every rep drills against it as often as they need, and every session comes back scored the same way.
Encode your playbook
Set the scenario, buyer persona, objections, model answers, and a weighted rubric—the way you actually want each objection handled. Build it once and reuse it across the team.
Reusable templateReps drill solo
An AI buyer stalls, objects, and pushes back like a real prospect. Reps practice by voice or video with unlimited retakes and no manager needed to play the buyer.
On demandCoach from evidence
Every attempt returns per-objection scores, transcript quotes, and delivery analytics. Review the evidence, then spend live coaching time on the handling that needs it most.

One scorecard per rep, per attempt.
Scores compare because the scenario doesn't change — when numbers differ, it's the handling that differs. Flags surface the rep worth your one coaching hour.

Set a pass score on any template and new hires clear it before their first live call. Ramp becomes a gate with evidence, not a date on a calendar.

Give every rep the same buyer, objections, and scoring criteria.
The roleplay runs without a manager in the room. The scorecard keeps the next coaching conversation anchored to the exact moment that needs another attempt.
Questions
What sales managers ask first.
Access, scoring, your own playbook, and how practice fits alongside the call recording stack you already pay for.
How do reps get access to practice?
You add reps as seats and assign them templates. Each rep logs in, picks an assigned scenario, and starts a session on their own time — no scheduling and no manager needed to play the buyer. Unlimited retakes are included, so reps can drill an objection until the handling sticks.
What does a scorecard actually measure?
Every objection in your template carries a model answer and required data points that you set. Sessions are scored against those—per-objection scores, an overall weighted score, and supporting quotes pulled from the transcript. Speaking analytics include pace and filler-word feedback.
Can we use our own pitch, objections, and talk tracks?
Yes — templates are built around your scenario, buyer persona, objections, and expected answers, so reps drill your playbook, not a generic script. If you want a starting point, ready-made scenario libraries exist for pharmaceutical, SaaS, medical device, and research & lab sales.
Should reps practice by voice or video?
Voice sessions are included on every team plan and cover objection handling and scoring. Video adds an avatar buyer plus facial-expression and delivery analysis, available on the Professional plan and above. Choose the format based on how much delivery context the scenario needs.
We already record calls. Why practice too?
Call recording tools analyze conversations your reps already had with real prospects. Mock Call runs the rep before that call happens, so the first time they handle your hardest objection isn't on live pipeline. The two are complementary — one reviews the game, the other is the practice rep.
What does it cost, and is there a trial?
Starter is $349/month for 50 sessions and 5 seats, Professional is $899/month for 200 sessions, 20 seats, and video analysis, and Enterprise is custom with unlimited sessions. Every plan starts with a free team trial — no credit card required.
