Screening for hiring & HR teams

From standard to skill

Build the standard once. Use it across the talent lifecycle.

Start with the role, customer conversation, and definition of strong performance. Mock Call turns that context into repeatable evaluation or practice.

01

Build the roleplay template

Set the role or conversation, core questions, objections, follow-up rules, and a weighted rubric—from a preset, job description, or your own playbook.

02

Send an interview or assign practice

Invite candidates with a secure, no-account link or assign employees a retryable practice scenario. Sessions run in the browser by voice or video, on the participant's schedule.

03

Coach and decide from evidence

Each session returns rubric scores with supporting quotes, a searchable transcript, playback, and delivery feedback. Compare candidates or track employee improvement across attempts.

AI scorecards support screening decisions; they're designed to be reviewed with the transcript alongside your own judgment.

Evaluate or develop

Use one template before and after the hire.

Use interview mode for a scored candidate evaluation or practice mode for retryable employee development and candidate preparation.

Evaluate

Evaluate with a structured interview

Candidates complete a role-specific screen from any browser—no account, app, or scheduling. Your team reviews each scorecard against the same core questions and weighted rubric.

  • Weighted rubric with a hire/no-hire signal
  • Transcript and recording attached
  • Consistent structure for every applicant

Hiring and employee development

One AI roleplay platform for candidates and employees.

Use the same role-specific standards before the hire, during onboarding, and whenever a high-stakes conversation needs practice.

01

Structured hiring

Screen candidates against a defined, role-specific bar.

Set the core questions, follow-up rules, and weighted rubric before inviting candidates. Each score stays connected to transcript quotes and a recording your team can review.

  • Weighted rubrics built around your role
  • Question-level scores with supporting quotes
  • No-account candidate interview links

02

Scalable training

Give every employee an on-demand practice partner.

Turn sales calls, service conversations, onboarding scenarios, and other role-specific moments into practice employees can repeat without waiting for a manager to play the other side.

  • Voice or video AI roleplay
  • Custom objections and expected answers
  • Progress visible across attempts

03

Evidence

Make every coaching conversation more specific.

Managers see the scorecard, transcript, recording, and delivery signals behind each attempt. Spend live coaching time on the exact answer, objection, or skill that needs attention.

  • Audio playback on every session
  • Video and delivery analysis on Professional
  • Question-level recommendations

04

One reusable standard

Carry the hiring bar into onboarding and upskilling.

The competencies you assess during hiring can become the scenarios new employees practice after they join. Keep expectations visible from candidate evaluation through ongoing development.

  • Templates work in evaluation and practice modes
  • Use the same standards across the employee journey
  • Human judgment stays in the loop

Frequently asked questions

What employers ask first.

Candidate screening, employee practice, scoring, volume, and pricing.

Do candidates need to create an account?

No. You send a secure interview link, and the candidate reviews the instructions, gives recording consent, and completes the interview in the browser — no account, no scheduling, no downloads.

What's the difference between an interview and a practice roleplay?

An interview is a scored candidate evaluation: the participant runs it once, and your team reviews the scorecard and evidence. A roleplay is retryable practice with feedback, used to onboard or upskill employees before the real conversation. The same template can support both modes.

Can managers use our own playbook and scoring standards?

Yes. Build templates around your role, scenario, questions, objections, expected answers, and weighted rubric. Employees then practice the conversations they actually face, and managers review each attempt against standards the team already recognizes.

How are candidates scored?

You define the questions and a weighted rubric when you build the template. Every candidate is evaluated against that same rubric, and the scorecard shows question-level scores, supporting quotes from the transcript, and an overall hire/no-hire recommendation — decision support, with the final call always yours.

How many interviews can we run per month?

Starter includes 50 interviews a month and Professional includes 200; extra interviews bill as overage ($8.99 and $5.99 respectively) so a busy week never blocks your pipeline. Enterprise is unlimited.

What does it cost to start?

Every team plan starts with a free trial — no credit card required. Starter is $349/month for 50 interviews and 5 seats, Professional is $899/month for 200 interviews, 20 seats, and video analysis, and Enterprise is custom.
